After many years of research and development, Thermore released the highest performing, most durable free fiber product. THERMORE® EVOdown®
In recent years, increased media coverage on environmental issues have forced the apparel market to seek down alternatives. Thermore EVOdown® is inspired by the soft hand and lofty nature of blown fibers, but achieves the desired effect with fewer limitations.The EVOdown® product can best be described as a "rolled free-fiber composite" and offers encapsulating layers to stabilize the free fibers within the garment. EVOdown® is made of 100% recycled fibers from post-consumer plastic bottles and is therefore fully sustainable.

THEMORE® THERMAL BOOSTER
Thermore introduces a unique insulation product that features a “boost” in cold weather performance when needed. Thermore’s Thermal Booster smart insulation is engineered to offer a consistent warmth level under normal conditions. However, as temperatures start falling, the product offers a thermal “boost” in performance to maintain comfort. Independent test labs prove that Thermore® Thermal Booster is 20% warmer at lower temperatures.
